The SSI Open Water Diver
course is the world’s most popular scuba program and has introduced millions of people to the world beneath the waves. The SSI Open Water Diver certification allows you to dive to a maximum of 18m unlocking your access to 70% of our ocean planet.
You’ll start with knowledge development to gain an understand the basic principles of diver safety and life under water before you proceed to skill practice in the swimming pool.Â

Once you have mastered underwater skills related to your scuba equipment, safety procedures and buoyancy, it’s time to head to one of the Islands around Phuket Thailand! Complete a minimum of 4 more dives in the Open Water with your highly qualified PADI/SSI dive instructor and you’ll be granted the most sought after certification in the dive industry! Meet new people, go to new places and do explore new places beneath the surface with your dive license!
